So, apparently, the latest health craze sweeping the internet is all about the order in which you eat your food. Forget about portion control or exercise, now it’s all about nutrient sequencing. Because clearly, rearranging your plate is the key to a healthier life.
According to some experts, eating your veggies before your carbs can work wonders for your blood sugar levels. But really, does anyone actually have the time or patience to meticulously plan out the order in which they eat their meals? I don’t know about you, but when I’m hungry, I just want to shovel food into my mouth as quickly as possible. The last thing on my mind is the precise order in which I should be consuming my vegetables and carbs.
